We stopped in to get the ac fixed, was greeted in the yard, told them my problem asked about replacement cost, ( ruff figure ) Was asked when I needed it back, told him about 3 week. I was called in less than a week, they had to replace the ac. The bill was right around his ruff estimate. Very happy with the service staff and the 2 black kitties at the counter. I've purchased some other parts previously and always been happy

We were traveling through Iowa when the slide in our motorhome stuck in the closed position. We pulled into Jaspers hoping they could at least take a look at it. The owner and two technicians got right on it and wouldn’t stop until they located the problem. It turns out a gear tooth had broken off and got jammed in the gear. They wouldn’t have found it without persistence and know-how. They got us back on the road! If you’ve got a problem, they’ll solve it.

Always a good time hear at jaspers and good deals i got my 02 hitchhiker ii ls 29.5 hear and both gentlemen are great and have been very helpful making it a great outdoor adventure for our camper needs so if ur looking for a camper give them a chance tell em ...Jeff sent yah 😉
