I brought my car to Jasper Tire for an OOP inspection, and I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. First of all, the inspection itself was fine, but the way my vehicle was treated was unacceptable. The staff (other than the owner, Jim) were cold and dismissive. Nobody wore gloves, and they touched the interior with oily hands — even left visible finger/footprints and scuff marks along the door sills and back seats. Great guys and ditto service. Dropped the car around closing time. Got on the phone with the rental company at 8:30 AM, and my puncture was patched by the time I picked it up 45m later!
Pick up a nail in tire. In and out with repaired tire in 30 minutes
Chris was absolutely terrible and very rude, needed my valve stem replaced as I just purchased a car and I was driving from Vancouver to Edmonton and he was absolutely zero help and even put words into my mouth. He was willing to leave me stranded here or get it towed 350km home all for a valve stem lol. He said the only way he would touch my car was to sell me a new tires lol. I do not know how express my on how amazing the guys in this shop are. I had break down with my Jeep. They did everything they could to get me back on the road again in a timely manner. All I can say thank you thank you so much for getting back on the road so I was able to be have my vacation.
