I work with the public and I am amazed at the customer service the establishment has. This has become almost non existing the art of customer care. They take the security of your belongings very seriously and I don't believe it's because of a liability but in fact because they care. This deserves a 10 star review. Thank you Trinity!!!

So easy to deal with. Personally called to make sure I was understanding of the rental agreement and of what size unit I needed. A1 customer service. would definitely recommend.Very understanding if I needed to be a few days late. Personal service touch always a pleasure to deal with the staff.
Great place to use if you need some extra storage space. Clean, safe, and secure with great customer service. The owners, Julie and Roger, are really great. They have went above and beyond to help me. They really seem to care about their customers. I would recommend Trinity Storage to anyone in need of a storage facility.
