Get here 30 minutes before. Clean trailer. Be patient. I can not emphasize this enough. The guy is friendly. Folks say he's not but he does everything. Check you in, inspection, and loads
This was my first visit to Jasper Products and the experience was disappointing. After some confusion at the entrance, I found the refrigerated side at door 137. When I went inside, I noticed three employees sitting around on their phones, and since it was my first time there I wasn’t sure what to do. The employee I spoke with (Don) gave no greeting, no clear instructions, and came across as condescending. The guy on the shipping side is incredibly rude he doesn’t know how to talk to people. If you don’t like your job quit it’s no one but your own fault you are where you are. Learn some people skills
