The old guy seemed dismissive and acted like he was high and mighty or some BS,like he was too good to be helping driver, other than that he was nice enough to help find the delivery number wich i didnt know we needed and dispatch never sent it to me.
West of time I check in 2.30pm until 8.00 pm more than six hours common I never come back here
Arrogant employees, forget bout greeting or any courtesy just sarcastic comments like they have figured out everything in life and we truckers are just nobody’s ! just terrible human beings , one encounter with them explained their whole upbringing! SAD
I am this company five stars for the first person who was here in the reception of deliveries and I wanna tell that there is other person. He asked me to pull closer to the building because he cannot walk through to the door to cut off the seal and he don’t like to do his job, and showing altitude for me. Get here 30 minutes before. Clean trailer. Be patient. I can not emphasize this enough. The guy is friendly. Folks say he's not but he does everything. Check you in, inspection, and loads
