I felt uneasy with this company from the start. First, the technician said something along the lines of, "If I find something else small, I won't charge you. I'll take care of you; just don't say anything to my boss." After paying $2,000 to have a new water heater installed, they had to come back a few days later because my sump pump in the basement started leaking water.
