After a horrific experience with a different denture clinic, a friend recommended Tyler. He made mom a fantastic pair of dentures. Mom then sent my uncle to Tyler, who made another fantastic set of dentures. Mom has since gone through cancer treatment. Not only did she lose a ton of weight, chemo changed the shape of her mouth. This is a warning to patients and dental professionals when dealing with this clinic and denturist. Our business has been trying to collect payment from Jasper Place Denture Clinic and denturist Tyler since February for work we completed. Despite numerous reminders and attempts to resolve the matter professionally, they have not made payment. The matter has been reported to the governing college body, and we will be proceeding with legal action.
Very bad services and not responsible for what doings
Please be aware that the denturist/owner of this clinic Tyler will not pay outstanding invoices (over 10+ months) for the fabrication of dental products that he outsourced to our lab. He has yet to pay a single invoice on cast denture frameworks delivered to this business. We reached out on numerous occasions by phone, email, and even in person before finally deciding to send his statement to collections as he simply chooses to ignore payment of his outstanding balance.
