Update: The tree was finally removed on 5-27 and we are very thankful! I have called JNEC to thank the person I had originally spoke with & left him a voice mail. Very relieved this has been taken care of. There has been a ticket for tree removal since August 2025 so i called today to find out why the tree is still there & the only thing that has been done is a ribbon around the tree. The only reason and I mean only reason I use this electric company is because it is the only one in the area... They still have not sent me back my deposit after over a year of having service... And then try to convince me my electric bill went up $125 the months I was not even home... Their claim was it's the AC. Problem is I'm an AC tech. I know better...
