The only reason and I mean only reason I use this electric company is because it is the only one in the area... They still have not sent me back my deposit after over a year of having service... And then try to convince me my electric bill went up $125 the months I was not even home... Their claim was it's the AC. Problem is I'm an AC tech. I know better...
The best electric company
The worst electric power company ever.No notifications on when power will be restored. It takes them forever to repair the problem and restore power. They do not take the necessary steps to insure that power lines are protected from adverse weather conditions and that trees are cut away from power lines. No accountability. They are not answerable to anyone. They do not care The customers must get together and report this incompetent and mismanaged company to our elected representatives. Cut down trees on my property (again) and refuse to clean up after themselves. They now owe me money for trees cut, and the cleanup. If Jasper-Newton is your only available option, move someplace else.
