The room was clean, toilet was clean. I came earlier than the check in time and they still accommodated for it and prepared the room quicker than they said they would. 100% would book again
I stayed one night at Jasper Motor Inn, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The next morning, I couldn’t use the shower, sink, or toilet because of a plumbing issue affecting my room. This meant I had to check out without being able to shower or even wash my face — something that doesn’t meet basic essential needs for guests. Clean and tidy. Renovated shower/bathroom. The new venetian blinds don't block out all the light at night, however that didn't bother us too much. Upgraded keyless door entry is great.

It's a great place, very quiet. A lot of parking spaces. The staff are very kind. It's a great accommodation experience.
