My partner and I stayed here for two nights in August during our visit to Jasper, and we loved it! We had the Queen Loft Suite, and the amount of space was fantastic. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, which came stocked with everything we needed to whip up some simple, tasty meals after the long drive from Calgary. (Just a note: the Queen Loft isn't handicap accessible, though we did notice some accessible rooms nearby.) My partner made good use of the pool and sauna, which was nice. When I booked the room back in September the pool, hot tub and restaurant were open. When I arrived at my hotel room November 14th, the pool, hot tub and restaurant were all Closed… I was not given notice. I came fully expecting to eat at the restaurant and enjoy the hot tub and pool. My wife and I are very disappointed that we feel like we never got what we paid for.
Tres bon hotel pour 3 jours, service impeccable avec de petites attentions! piscine, jacuzzi parfait pour les fins de journée! Restaurant très agréable et délicieux. Bravo et merci
