Achtung! Ich wurde beim Wäscheservice ausgetrickst. Mir wurden andere Preise genannt, als es letztendlich waren. Ich fragte dann, weshalb auf dem Zettel, der für das Waschen ausgefüllt werden muss, pro Stück steht und nicht insgesamt pro Kategorie und mir wurde gesagt, dass das egal ist. Letztendlich war die Wäsche 4x höher als erwartet. Als ich dies dann erwähnte, weil ich natürlich diese Rechnung nicht bezahlen wollte, wurde der Hotelmanager geholt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lyf on Elizabeth. The rooms were comfortable and modern, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The standout, however, was the exceptional service and genuine customer-focused staff. A special shout-out to Amelia, whose warm, welcoming, and pleasant personality truly made a difference.
