Really lovely reception people, the „common spaces“ are perfect (kitchen, hangout - comfy sofas, laundry, gym), rooms are spacious and clean. I will book this hotel again next time I’m in Melbourne. The location is unbeatable. Ask for a room on the „quiet“ side and higher up. Love that the windows open for „fresh“ air.

Despite arriving quite late due to flight disruptions, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. The 24-hour reception service was a huge help, making check-in quick and stress-free so I could simply head to my room and rest after a long day of travel. ✅ Superb location, there’s a tram station right in front of the hotel. Very convenient. ✅ Spacious shared pantry & kitchen which allows for small cook. ✅ Washing machine & dryer provided.
