Great location, convenient for the market universities, transport. I had a great room on the 8th floor with a view over the market.

I attended a function at this hotel. Function rooms, tech and support seemed to be well organised. The catering was handled brilliantly, including dietaries! I would have appreciated a barista and machine for coffee. The bathrooms really needed to be checked hourly with the number of participants to keep tidy. The stairs to level two are very steep. Thank you

Stayed for 4 nights in a twin room as we visited Melbourne for the F1 Had issues with the tv remote not working and Wilson was quick to fix Continued to have issues with the TV but didn’t bother to get them to fix as just wanted to sleep. The good thing about this hotel is the location. Its right next to QV market and tram stop. Here is my take on everything else: 1. The Room - dusty carpet.. unclean. Itchy bedding, the bed is comfortable but sheets are itchy. I thought it's bedbugs and did a check but thankfully it's not. Just not sanitised properly I guess. Not enough storage space and Vanity space. Dusty. Cobwebs. No double lock on the doors. Didn't feel safe for 5 nights. 2.
