had a great experience here. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and i got my prescription updated in no time. they made the whole process really easy and even helped me pick out new frames that work with my insurance. definitely felt like they cared about getting it right
The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and hateful. The back end of the office and the doctor are wonderful but the front desk leaves something to be desired. They will not even let you finish speaking before cutting you off and being snappy and disrespectful.

Dr mosley has been great. All nurses have been great.
Dr. Mosley is awesome and his nurses are nice. However, My first appointment ever here because I am 22 with my first independent eye appointment. Everything went fine during my appointment besides that I was there for 2+ hours just to get a new prescription. I am back a few days later trying to get it filled, they have not opened the doors yet and it's 8:15am and online says they open at 8. I beg to differ.
