I have installed jasper products for a while. Recently we purchased a rear axle for our repair truck. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have had with a company. Right out the gate the axle was defective. I reported it to jasper and for ten days they refused to give me any type of answer. Finally I took it to the chevy dealer and southern chevy diagnosed it as a bad axle as well. After further diagnostics they determined it was not built properly and a part was left out.
