Installed one of their transmissions in a 2014 GMC truck at my shop ,had nothing put problems . long story short . Tied my bay up for a couple more days , they only paid me 3 hrs labor for their bad part !! at a discounted labor rate lol . to make matters worse it took the three weeks to send me a 340.00 dollar check ! i asked my sales rep to check into this and never heard anything back .
Dodge Caravan owners do not buy Jasper, fail rate is off the charts!
Transmission has only 5000 miles on it and it leaks all over and the pump bolts were all loose. Will not but any of these again.
