From the sales representative to the billing department they are great to work with. The outstanding service comes from Matt in the shipping and receiving department.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... They do not stand behind there parts at all.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't stand behind their products. Shady business practices, and very poor remain processes for their products. DO NOT BUY JASPER ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS.
My very reliable and honest mechanic shop in Douglas Wyoming install a rebuilt transmission, it worked well, I didn't abuse the car, babied it, my auto shop loves your company and recommends it to everyone that wants quality and money savings.
The transmission i purchased from them lasted 19,000 miles. They "warrantied" the transmission by sending me another junk one. The new one was installed and ended up needing a 700 dollar new solinoid pack to drive it at all. They refused to cover any labor for putting the transmission in and for the solenoid pack. If i could give no stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK
