Im a shop thats been in business for over 40 years. I've used Jasper for almost as long and have had nothing but the best service and experiences. My only complaint is that they dont have all makes and manufacturers. I wish I could use them more often. Great customer service, great product, great warranty!
HAD A ENGINE PUT IN 2002 HAD ABOUT TWO WEEKS STARTED TO OVER HEAT , ( BAD HEAD) REPLACEDMENT ENGINE INSTALLED UNDER WARRANTY HAD ABOUT YEAR AND A HALF 15000 MILES .REPLACEMENT ENGINE AGAIN LOSING COMPRESSION IN CYLINDERS ANOTHER ENGINE . THEN TRANSMISSION WENT BAD HAD TRANS INSTALLED 3 YEARS 5 MOUTHS AGO 30,197 ON REBUILT TRANS NOW NO GOOD NO WARRANTY . 30,197 ON TRANS IS THIS PLACE A JOKE , WILL NEVER USE AGAIN . EVEN TECH SAID THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM .
Didn't not have any infinity transmission available.. they don't carry them..at all ..
