DON'T BUY FROM JASPER!!! There builds are garbage and they wont stand behind there products! We got a Jasper transmission in our Truck, I noted I didn't like how it shifted, less then 22 months later less then 7,000 miles it fails. Take it back to our dealer, I am told they will give me a new reman transmission but I have to pay for the transmission to be pulled and new one installed ($1,000) and we have to sign a waiver and have it notarized that there is no warranty on the one they are putting into the vehicle. That's a good question on experience. Equinox blew og engine. Put in Jasper engine Jasper engine blew after 15k Now waiting for another Jasper engine Patiently waiting, I might add, 20days in
They honored their warranty. Made the process easy. I will definitely use them again.
Always had a good experience with then and they know their stuff! Good reliability with parts and information!
