Dishonest… Bad product! Replaced one engine it lasted a couple months… They said sorry. The new engine didn’t last any longer. When it came time for them to make me ““ happy quote they offered to send me a $2300 refund. My simple math shows that this organization cost me about $15,000. Go elsewhere and save yourself headaches!

On March 19, 2018 the auto repair shop informed us that the engine on our equinox with 60,300 miles was gone and he recommended that we put in a new engine. The engine would have a 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty. We were told if we put in this Jasper engine we would not have to pay for any engine related repairs for the length of the warranty. I purchased the transmission from an authorized Jasper dealer summer of 2017 in Yorktown, VA. The original transmission was slipping in reverse after 87k miles. I paid 5000 + for Jasper replacement. This transmission was an upgrade to the standard. The authorized dealer completely flushed the cooler and replaced all the transmission lines due to the fact that the original lines did not connect to new transmission.
