I have been a auto shop owner for over 20 years and have been using Jasper engines and transmissions for 17 of them. If a client is planning on keeping vehicle for at least 3 years then I always recommend a Jasper for piece of mind and value. Never buy a rebuilt from a saltwater area. Go to Summit or elsewhere like Michigan where the rebuilds are fresh water engines.
