I've spent countless hours at the driver's licensing spots in Polk County and other places in my life. Nearly all those hours are shear frustration, loathing, and the promise of more with each passing moment. Not so in Jasper County! The man (of color) at the Newton office was so very rude! He asked me to remove my glasses ok. Always do but had me move my bangs so he can see my eyes!!! He got very snippy with me telling me he has procedures to follow. That’s fine but no need for his attitude and rudeness
