Stayed the whole day for a delivery. They do not have proper equipment to unload semi trucks and will take you the whole day…..
Absolutely horrendous reliability. 8th power outage in a month. Their lazy asses over at REMC office can't even keep their outdated electric grid running for a week. Would highly NOT recccomend.
Power has been out for 12 hours now. My power constantly turns off and on throughout the week. I called customer service and they just had me report the outage. No update on the status or anything
