Absolutely horrendous reliability. 8th power outage in a month. Their lazy asses over at REMC office can't even keep their outdated electric grid running for a week. Would highly NOT recccomend.
Power has been out for 12 hours now. My power constantly turns off and on throughout the week. I called customer service and they just had me report the outage. No update on the status or anything
Ever since start up 2 years ago I've had nothing but problems. When I went to start up service the ladies in the office were so rude I had to ask the manager to step in. The charges every month are a scam, if all their fees weren't added you would literally have half the bill you do now. I rent so I do not have a choice in service providers but if you do steer clear!! My electric is $400 in the winter without gas! I have propane gas.
