Ever since start up 2 years ago I've had nothing but problems. When I went to start up service the ladies in the office were so rude I had to ask the manager to step in. The charges every month are a scam, if all their fees weren't added you would literally have half the bill you do now. I rent so I do not have a choice in service providers but if you do steer clear!! My electric is $400 in the winter without gas! I have propane gas. I mainly have a question can you pay with a money order
This Companys is stealing from people every month on their electric bills with Energy Tracker and Operation round up, this is money that should be applied to your bill but it goes to their pockets more or less. Their grid is outdated but yet they brag about the new internet service they provide, between April 2023 and August 2023 we have had 15 power outages, the latest being at August 23rd at 10:30 am.
