After payment was successfully made and the wash started, the process shut down with my car covered on soap. I've tried multiple times to contact someone, but no one has answered. I lost that $10; plus I had to go to another car wash to get all the soap off. I would like a refund.
Just ran my car through. $10 premium wash and when the tri-coat began nothing barely even came out of the nozzles let alone foam. Spot free was just water no sheeting action at all and blowers don't even dry well. Thoroughly disgusted that you can charge so much and get basically water washed.
I’ve been here twice to get my car washed and neither time has my car been washed! Guess I’ll just do it myself. Worst part is I can’t get my money back.
