My sister broke down in Jasper, TN while traveling to Illinois. Her car needed a new alternator, which had to be ordered. The gentleman at Jasper Auto referred her to a tow truck driver and took car of the repairs on her car the next day, and very reasonably priced!! Thank you so much for taking care of my sister!!

Awesome service- traveling through town and my truck started overheating, I knew I needed a new radiator so stopped and called Jasper Auto— Ed made us an appointment for 7am the next morning— we arrived with camper in tow— he allowed us to just keep camper attached and hang out! He was finished with the job in an hour and half and we were back on the road! (He even stopped traffic so we could back out). Very nice and professional service!
Had a neighbor that had 97 s10 in 2017 needed a starter and he took it to jasper auto for replacement and then in 2021 the starter he replaced went out again and took back to jasper auto for replacement and then 2023 starter went out again and he left 1 of 2 bolts in it out and the only bolt in it was finger tight! Ed made a lot of money and he isn’t even a talking horse! Wouldn’t let him work on my bike!
He will rip you off and take advantage of you. I guess he’s fallen on hard times and he’s resorting to scandalous measures to stay afloat. It’s a terrible shame because he used to be honest. Save yourself time and money and go to K & L automotive. You’ll also spare yourself an extreme headache.
