Had a great hair cut.. Katie was able to replicate the style from a picture.. Will be going back again for sure
I had scheduled an appointment multiple days ahead, at a time that she suggested, and was only told that she could not make the appointment 2 minutes before the start after driving 30+ minutes. I was then told that she would show up an hour later (as she had forgotten the appointment) which I was willing to wait but then was told she would not be showing up at all. I cannot speak to the haircare but am very disappointed in the communication and the lack of consideration for clients time.
Katie does a great job and fits me in when needed.
