I recently visited Jaspal’s Spa for a full beauty treatment—including nails, eyebrow shaping, and a face wax,—and I left thoroughly impressed. My nails look stunning—perfectly shaped and polished with great attention to detail. The eyebrow shaping was done flawlessly, giving me the clean and defined look I wanted. I had a terrible experience at this salon. First, they had a masseuse do my pedicure—someone who clearly had no idea what she was doing. Even the owner acknowledged that a certain step wasn’t “required” for me. The masseuse kept using all the tools on my nails, and I could tell she was completely untrained. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but it’s the salon’s responsibility to ensure paying customers receive proper service.
