My experience here is by far the best. I’ve been here for 2 years now and whenever there is an issue the supers here are at your door whatever time of day. Miguel the super is professional and fixes any issue we have had. They keep this place looking nice and are always friendly. Best environment I’ve been in by far. Would recommend anyone to move here . Great place to have family or even have pets. Very diverse here as well. Thumbs up for me
Living here has been extremely frustrating due to constant noise issues from the unit above mine. Despite repeated complaints over several months, management has been unresponsive and the situation has only gotten worse. The noise is constant — from loud footsteps to what sounds like gym workouts and construction — all day, every day. It's seriously affected my quality of life. I’ve reached out multiple times and never received a proper resolution or even a clear update. I'm now left with no choice but to consider moving out... read more
This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. The Super Miguel is a hardworking person. Whenever I call for a service request he shows up the same day to fix the issue. Ceiling leaks, clogged sinks, you mention it. He’s kind as well. Awesome management. Appreciate it. Thank you for your services 🙏🏻
Hector is always a pleasure to speak with and have help whenever something minor occurs at my place. He’s very thorough and respectful as well.
