While following a Jason's Hauling dump truck on the Howard Franklin bridge, loose stones started flying out the back and cracked my windshield. I took pictures of the truck which clearly showed loose stones on the back bumper. I called them and they kept trying to sweep it under the rug and told me my insurance would fix it.
