I dropped my truck off to have some minor repairs on a Friday. I called the following Monday to get an ETA. They told me they would get to at the beginning of the following week. The following week comes and goes, I called, no answer. Called numerous times and no answer. A month in I finally get an answer and they said they’ve been backed up and would get to it that week.
