i ordered the Gumbo and it was so good i went back the next week for more. the servers were really kind too and quick to help when I asked for something I could not find. The restaurant was clean and comfortable even though it was full of people.
I consider myself easy to please but I must say their customer service is horrible.Whether it's dine in, pick up, or delivery the service sucks at the Chickering Lane location. All the others I've been to have been great. The people at this location are rude, & barely acknowledge you. I called in a pick up order, & was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I enjoyed their food, but every time I made a deliver order, items are always missing and drivers are rude. Delivery charge is outrageous and service was horrible.
