Disappointing drive-thru service at this location today. I waited 10-15 minutes at the window just to be acknowledged and pay for my lunch order. Multiple employees looked directly at my vehicle and ignored me. The window worker was there when I pulled up talking to another staff member and then walked away for several minutes, and still didn't help me when they returned they went and started packaging other orders.
