Jason's Deli is a must go. I've visited several locations and I am never dissatisfied with the food, the service, or the atmosphere. I live in North Texas near Irving so I frequent the location on MacArthur Blvd a lot and in Coppell. I am always greeted with a smile (and patience when I can't decide what I want to order). I've never encountered a sandwich shop this well put together, that it actually checks all the boxes. I encourage everyone I meet to try them out, and I'm encouraging you too.
I went here to grab something from Boise Bill's, which is a virtual restaurant that runs out of Jason's Deli. There are a whole lot of issues with that alone. I will say that even with just picking up food for take-out, the service was SLOW and they don't prioritize customers. There isn't a very clear direction as to where to grab pick-up, and employees don't jump to help open another register when there's a line.
Always a great experience with good food and service. I enjoy the free soft serve ice cream!
