Initially, I dismissed Jacob's behavior as a one-time occurrence, but I've noticed a consistently negative attitude whenever he assists me with my orders. He always seems inconvenienced by simple tasks like scanning the Jason's Deli app and processing Apple Pay. paid $30 for two turkey sandwiches with meat on only half the bun . They just lost two customers. The resturant only had 3 other customers and we had to wait 15 min. For the meal with No one in line.
1/13/26 - -returned again yesterday ... Still JUST as delicious as a few years ago ... Highly recommend .. New Managing Partner -- Great seeing you Brian!! SO DELICIOUS! This was our first time back in a long time and glad that we took the drive. Had our usual // kids' turkey and cheese sliders .. plenty for two people! Very clean in there and nice management too. Great soft serve too -- highly recommend eating here!!
We frequent this restaurant through the drive-thru and usually have a decent experience, but tonight we decided to eat inside and it was extremely disappointing. We paid $57 for 3 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup, which were $5.59 each. The sandwiches had little to no flavor, and the price was absolutely insane for the quality and portions we received.
