Went through drive-thru to get 2 cups of soup. No one in line, ordered and paid. Then sat at window for 10+ minutes. Decided to pull up to front and go inside to get my order. Immediately a lady comes up with my order and ask if I was the one waiting on soup, to which I said yes. She then said, my apologies as the front area lost the ticket. SERIOUSLY!! I come here often and last night I received really great customer service from Morgan at the “to go orders” counter. She was so sweet and very personable. Hope she sticks around
