I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I placed an online delivery order (#44989328735043597) at 2:00 PM for three California Club meals for my family, along with two fruit cups with dips and chips. The order was scheduled to arrive at 2:30 PM; however, the delivery time continued to change, and my order was not delivered until 3:19 PM. Great food. Great people. Nice place. I told them I can eat here every day!
I was here @ 1:30PM on the 10th. My order somehow didn't make it into the queue or was likely delivered to the wrong table. After about 5 minutes of what I thought was a reasonable timeframe, I started looking around confused. The manager took notice then approached me; he promptly had the order sent over right after... even asked if I was satisfied with the dish on the way out. Anyway, restaurants can be hectic, mistakes happen. Thanks for taking notice and rectifying the issue sir.
