Doesn’t matter how early I order my food it’s never ready! Order curbside they don’t bring it out. Today was the last straw. I don’t have time to play around on my lunch break!
Hello (this is a direct response to DB) I was actually at the restaurant while this incident took place, and I can assure everyone it didn’t happen the way you’re describing it. Food was excellent and the salad bar really hit the spot.
Before 2 years ago i went all the time to jasons. However i had such a bad experience with the food and service. I havent been back until a couple of days ago. The food had no flavor. Bland. Charged us for tap water . My son got the ruben . Got a full sandwich. His favorite. He was very disappointed. I myself got the roast beef. Tbh it tasted like leftover beef. Not fresh. This is in response to “DB”s comment. I was at Jason’s Deli when this incident happened, and DB’s review doesn’t reflect what actually took place. The issue started because the salad bar hadn’t been refilled, but DB’s reaction was completely inappropriate, they yelled at the staff and made racist remarks toward two young employees, telling them to “go back to Mexico” and making other offensive comments.
