I can absolutely count on fresh, high quality food when I go to Jason’s. I wish I could say the same about their customer service. Waited 7 minutes at the drive thru windows before ever being greeted. And the only greeting I got was telling me what my total was. There was no apology for the wait time and not even a slight grin from the employee. She looked like she’d rather be somewhere else doing anything else other than serving me.
