I was so excited when I saw this place near my home because I frequent the one in Dublin, Ohio but boy was I surprised. My spouse and I order two meals and two drinks and the food took at least 20 to 25 minutes to be made although there was no one else in the restaurant. Once the food was brought to our table, it was all cold despite ordering soup and hot sandwiches. Great soup and sandwiches. Excellent service. We had the Beefeater and the New York Yankee. Lots of meat!!
I love Jason's deli the food is amazing and the staff is awesome
Not a fan of the new location. It’s dark, small, tables can’t fit tables they traded the sports drink for something else, they don’t have the ice cream anymore. Very sad. Very nice staff but not the same experience. Not the same Jason’s Deli we loved.
I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes with my friend; no one acknowledged us, and I was ignored when I said hello. There were no other customers in the building, but their staff couldn't be bothered to say hi or help in any way, so we left (while they watched us leave).
