I called today 3/29/24 right before they opened, left a voicemail and no call back by noon. Called again, went to voicemail. Called at 3pm, no answer. If they are closed on Fridays then maybe it can be explained by the owner here. I can’t think about leaving my car at a shop that does not answer their phone or call back. Two stars instead of one for the benefit of the doubt. I’ll change the rating if I get a call back today.
Rita is AMAZING at handling insurance. She didn't let Geico mince words or play semantics games with her when they were horrible to deal with for my claim. She was understanding of my situation (stolen Kia, yay ) and was so helpful. Thank you, Jason and Rita, for getting my car back to me as quickly as you could!
