The food is terrible but the bartenders know what they're doing.
My wife and I have been to Jason's a few times and the results have been mixed. On our first visit my wife had the Pork Chops and she liked them a lot, I don't remember what I ate, which means that it wasn't great, but we came back. Our second visit was on a "Taco Tuesday" and again I was not at all impressed, one of the proteins had too much oregano and that was pretty much all I could taste. The food was excellent and so was the service. Unique and flavorful food. We enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the desserts. Will definitely being making this a favorite spot. And you don't have to fight for a parking spot.
