Car in on June.9. Called for update on June 12. I guess Jason answered, he didn't id himself. He was abrupt and rude.(,Short, snapping at me) Said he would call back.He didn't. I picked up my car to go elsewhere and was told the AC repair was $334. 63. I never authorized the repair. I never received a quote or a call back regarding a quote.Seems really excessive 1/2,lb of freon, evacuate and recharge. I was stranded today because my car got stuck in neutral and one of the mechanics drove to my location and helped me get it fixed. I am extremely grateful for helping me last minute and getting my vehicle up and moving. Thank you so much
While traveling to work my vehicle broke down on I-10. The tow truck driver called up Jason on a Sunday night and dropped the car off at his shop. I headed offshore for two weeks and Jason had the car fixed and ready when I got back. He actually went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready. I really appreciate the work he did and highly recommend his shop.
This is the best mechanic! Customer service is amazing and Jason does amazing work! Very fair rates and great people! I will definitely be back! If you live in the Orange area and you need an honest mechanic go see Jason. You will be glad you did. Thank you Jason and the crew!
