They were prompt, efficient and did a great job explaining the problem.
Jason and his son Miles were absolutely outstanding. As new home owners, we had minimal knowledge of what was necessary to replace or repair. Jason brought all of the replacement parts we needed, and walked me through pretty much every step of the repairs and replacements that needed to happen. Both him and his son were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone needing professional plumbing in Burnsville. Jason was so responsive from the moment I initially reached out, he was able to get me added to his schedule immediately. We had a leak coming from our shower and a sink faucet that needed replacing. He came with his son and they both were so kind, professional, honest and did an awesome job. I much rather support a family business than a huge chain company. My water heater started leaking water and I called American Plumbing Inc after reading the positive reviews online. The ensuing service was even better than I expected. Jason responded to my house shortly after and did a great job. Jason was very respectful, knowledgeable and he ended up replacing my water heater for a very fair price. The work was timely and well done. I plan on contacting American Plumbing Inc again for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
