Jason gives top notch customer service! He makes you feel like a Queen (or King, okay any kind of royalty that you identify with!). From the moment I arrived, he was friendly and very hospitable. He offered me hot tea and a treat. How nice is that?! Jason was very kind during the process, checking on me to see if I need a drink or bathroom break. My daughter has 4a very curly hair and wanted her hair straightened. Jason did JHS with keratin treatment. It looks amazing! It is so shiny and healthy! I washed her hair 3 days after and it is still pretty straight, easy to brush, no knots. We are both very happy with the results. Additionally, Jason was very attentive to both of us during our visit and provided us with snacks and lunch. He even helped me set up my work space/laptop accommodation while I waited. My mom and I had our hair done by Jason and this past Monday and we had an amazing experience!! With his warm personality and his genuine consultation, he was able to give my mom and I an amazing haircut and color. This is a highly professional hair salon with a very kind owner. As long as you explain your desired style in detail, they provide personalized service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. I’m extremely pleased because I can get the same hairstyle I used to have in Korea!
