Excellent realtor! I’ve had the pleasure of working with over a dozen realtors and Jason tops them all. He has a background in building so he’s very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and helped me tremendously. He’s super busy but always makes time for his clients. If you need to buy or sell in San Clemente don’t even think about using anyone else beside Jason lol. 10/10 recommended.

Jason did a wonderful job preparing the house which led to a high energy open house and fast sale at a maximal price. Jason improved the presentation of the house by coordinating with several contractors and getting the work done quickly. In addition, he used his network to create a great on-line interest with professional photography. Jason was very attentive, took care of the details and made the experience very pleasant. Great job!
