Jason's stock a wide variety of products incl spare parts which unfortunately are required for common products which tend to fail. Customer service is good.. ample parking and easy to get to. Workshop on site which is handy if repair work is required. Jason's typically have all calls directed to their perth office so if you need to speak with the bunbury office you simply ask and they will have someone call you back. Jason's is open 5 days a week.

If your looking for after sales service, this is not the place for you. Apparently too busy with new clients with new homes? Here’s a tip for you, if you don’t look after existing clients who have your products you will get a bad reputation and you won’t have anymore new clients. Just a thought. Leave a bit of time in your bookings each day/week for after sales service. Yes you are correct, my wife made initial contact. We have sought help elsewhere, they came that day. Phoned to order a complete retro fit and requested delivery, we are approx120K away from Bunbury and although I was previously advised they do delivered, I was subsequently told later that they absolutely do NOT deliver. Who doesn't deliver these days. I am sure their product is fine but who would know. 23/01/2023 My issue is that you DO NOT DELIVER (Delivery only) any further than the immediate Bunbury area which is not very helpful for anyone living in the South West.
