PROFIT BEFORE INTEGRITY Jason Windows knowingly installed faulty sliding door handles, admitted this years ago when they replaced one of mine, and are now hiding behind warranty timeframes to avoid fixing the exact same fault on my other doors. A company that profits from faulty products and refuses to take consistent responsibility when the issue reappears is not standing on integrity. If a company doesn’t stand by the quality of its own products, why should customers trust them? Profit clearly comes before integrity.
