I met Jason in 2023 as he helped with the purchase of my condo and, because I had a great initial experience, I reached out again in 2026 for help in selling my condo. Jason made the sale of my condo quick and stress-free!! He is very knowledgeable about the state of the market and negotiating. I really appreciated how available he was, especially with my questions and the quick sale timeline! Overall, an excellent experience with Jason and would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a realtor!
Took our money and did absolutely nothing but the bare minimum… Our new house was filthy when we arrived, and he hadn’t made any effort follow up with listing realtor or check the place before handing it over. He blamed the sellers realtor wasn’t letting him see the place and that the seller was still living there and moved out at the very last moment - according to all our new neighbours, it was vacant for over two weeks before we got the keys. When we searched for realtor recommendations, Jason came up regularly in the conversation with only good things to be said about him and his team. We ended up choosing him for our first home purchase and so glad we did! You often hear negative things about realtors but I have absolutely nothing negative to share about our experience with Jason.
