Well I would have to say the exact opposite of the last review! I LOVE Jason and the staff! I was in an accident and I ended up interrupting his dinner with family but he made sure I was okay, heck he offered to come check on me! He is fantastic when it comes to being a people person, he is down to earth but I will say he puts his family first, but to me that is SUPER important! Thank you Jason and crew!!!!
Been with them for 3 yrs now and they have finally reached the level of total incompetence . Jason seldom returns phone calls, if he does its days later. I shudder to think of the problems i'd have if i actually had a claim to make when i can't even get service on ordinary matters. His secretary readily admits she's new and has no clue on anything. Had to pay a bit more but i took my business back to my old insurance company. Gladly pay a few bucks more for good service elsewhere.
