Dr Hurt is amazing and was great for surgery! He answered all my questions! The reason for 3 stars is because of front desk and staff. I rarely get a call back in first time I leave a message. Have waited days for a call back for an issue. They are very robotic and seem like I am bothering them if I have a medical concern or question. I have been to both offices and both are just as frustrating. But Dr Hurt is the best!
I really appreciate Dr Hurt and his work. I have been a patient of his over 12 yrs ago when I gave birth to my first son. Up until now related to my bladder. I give 4 stars bc sometimes the reception and nursing staff w this company aren't very friendly or patient..
Very professional. Spent lots of time with me, very patiently answering my questions. Highly recommend.
