DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I was cursed out for asking about 1 tire balance and hour and 30 minutes before close. I said it takes 10 minutes of work and was laughed at and told to GTFO. Then chase with a stapler to shut my lips. 10/10 experience 🤣
Never in my entire life have I been treated so rudely by a business establishment. Without exaggeration, this was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had, and I literally drove away crying. I called Jason Tire the other day mentioning that I needed rear brake pads. I was told by a few other guys that I did not need the rotors. I know my tires are old, but I wasn’t aware that they were that bad. Anyway, I stopped by yesterday and asked if he could take a look and he didn’t have the time. Jason’s service is excellent, he knows his tires, and his prices are reasonable. After a tire I’d bought from him some months prior was damaged by a road hazard, he made sure I claimed it under warranty to get a replacement. A lesser retailer would ignore a warranty and just get me to buy a new tire. Very convenient location in the middle of upper Montclair, near the train.
Wonderful service, quickly installed new tires for a reasonable price. In addition, provided video of our brakes/rotors at no cost. A great experience all around, and a hidden gem in Upper Montclair!
Old time tire place, great. Been looking for a tire place like this ever since Bradly tire in Belleville closed 2 years ago.
