Amazing Service! These professionals were prompt, courteous, clean, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Mom needed her tankless water heater serviced as well as her kitchen sink unclogged. She also had questions about getting instant hot water at her kitchen sink and second floor shower. We also asked for a quote to install a washer and dryer on the second floor. The guys showed up early and went straight to work. They were very polite and professional. They laid towels down so as not to track the floors when coming in the house, explained what they were doing. But what they neglected to explain to me was why in the hell you would put a gas shut off valve inside the fireplace!!!! I had a fireman come to look at this and he wanted to know what the professionals name was…I did not tell him that it was you. I did have another licensed plumber come to move the shut off to a safer locatio... read more
Jason came out right away. He was able to find my propane leak right away and fix that day. I appreciate all your help. I was able to fill my propane tank then.
