The staff are incredibly busy but do their best to be helpful to customer needs. All businesses are this busy nowadays. But State Farm staff really try to work with us and to answer questions we have, as well as catering coverage to our insurance needs.

Called this office to get an explanation on my homeowners insurance and some questions on a vehicle claim that I have going on. I spoke with Alicia, who went above and beyond my expectations. I'd give her 10 stars if that was a possibility. She was so patient with all my questions and was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand.
